I received my first kit....used it....and it did not whiten my teeth. I was stressed at work and didn't feel like "arguing" with customer service so I didn't mention it for a while. Then I thought "hey, you spent the money"....so I sent an email explaining that the kit did not whiten my teeth like the other commercial brands did.
Soon after, I received an email with a tracking number, telling me a new kit had been sent to me, and that they stood by their product 100%.
Wow. Excellent customer service. So now, I'm on my third day.....and I have to say...my teeth are "glow in the dark" white! I must have just gotten a bad batch the first time. Stuff happens....but the key is whether the company is ready to make it right, and this company did. I've still got days and days to go...but already after the third treatment, my teeth are whiter than with the other store-bought brands.
Also, the type of peroxide used in this product does not cause the excrutiating pain that the other products do. Thats a plus.

| I have been ordering Watts Power White products for years from Direct 2u Wholesale LLC. I saw Watts Power advertised cheaper by White Smile but received a totally different, imitation product. Received some generic, unbranded, unsealed and loose gel in a shipping bag, TOTALLY GROSS! Will not buy from White Smile ever again, a very horrible experience... Amazon should be aware of this bad experience and seller activities... Be sure that the gels you order are Branded with the Watts Power Name to ensure authentic product and formula. I found this tooth bleach to be very effective. It whitened my teeth which were horribly stained as I am a coffee addict from way back. While it didn't send them movie star blindingly white (which Im actually glad about) it did lighten my teeth significantly and noticably. I would have been happy with just a shade or 2 lighter as I wasn't expecting miracles, but I was pleasantly surprised and happy with how well this worked.
You do have to be careful about trimming the mouth guards etc as the stuff really can burn up your gums, I had a sore on my gums the first time I used it as I didn't follow the instructions. But that was my fault not theirs and I made sure to read all the instructions and follow them after that and I had no problems.
I didn't get much sensitivity, but I used the remineraliser as instructed so that may have reduced the odds of that happening |

| I bought this because I stained my teeth really bad drink ICED TEA here in Iraq. I've used a few times and have noticed a difference, although it's not movie star white, i don't use it how the directions say to either. I use it maybe twice a week and the directions say 3-4 times a week I believe. I have bottom braces and you're not supposed to do it with braces.. but I do i'm just hella careful with it haha |

| For the price, you won't find a better product. However, the trays are not that quality and you may want to ask your dentist to make some for you. The whitening is some of the best I've ever used. |

Day 1 and see a difference

| After I received this product I finally started using it yesterday. It took me some time to get the trays right. I heated, shaped, heated shaped a few times but the top one fits really well. The bottom needs a little work. Anyway, last night after i got the trays ready i put the whitener in the tray and popped it in for 30 minutes on the top (was having difficulty doing the top and bottom at the same time, but this might be because the bottom tray isn't shaped as well. After I took out the top and rinsed my top teeth were noticeably whiter than the bottom after only one use!!! I did the bottom and then this morning I did both (I didn't have to talk to anyone) for 15 minutes and they look even whiter. It is easy for me to tell because I have one tooth that has to be professionally whitened due to a filling cover up, so it doesn't get any whiter with this type of treatment. It is easy to see the old shade (the one that won't whiten) right next to my regular teeth that have been whitened with this product. So far I haven't experienced any sensitivity. |

If you shop around, you'll find this is an excellent price for tooth whitening product. Even better, it works far more quickly than OTC options.
In my package I received:
The case to store your trays in
Two heat molding trays
Tooth whitening gel
Remineralizing gel
At this time I am on my third use, and have noticed a tremendous difference. Since my teeth are prone to sensitivity, I'm doing one treatment a week, and have not found the remineralizing gel to help with sensitivity much. I have a great deal of product left, and expect I will be able to lighten for quite awhile with this set.
The heat molding trays were very easy to use. I actually used the hot water from my water cooler, and it took only seconds to get a good fit.
So far I am very happy, and feel like I have already gotten my money's worth. |

| I have used this four days in a row now and I can definitely see the difference. Yes, the trays arent that great & it can sting the gums a little... but that's because this is a strong product! For under $20 you'll never find a better deal. Im gonna keep using it another week & Im sure it will be equal to a $300 dentist treatment. |

I was concerned about tooth sensitivity using whiteners, but decided to try Watts Power White on my upper teeth. After about three weeks using nearly the entire tube for about 45 minutes and 3 times per week, my upper teeth are noticeably whiter than my lower teeth by about three shades. My cainine teeth were also slightly discolored from other front teeth, but now they are about the same shade.
At first, the whitening gel does sting gums a little but not painfully. I think the mineralizing gel does help reduce teeth sensitivity and also help restore gums. The trays are okay to use but could be improved. If you already have trays, I would recommend getting the double set gel refills instead since only one set is just enough for your upper or lower teeth.
Now people notice that my smile is brighter. I would describe my teeth as pearly white but not superstar white as shown. I'm working on my lower teeth and will see if I can get superstar white teeth although they may have reached their limit.
