Whitening strips coated with a lesser percentage of bleach or whiteners are to be used for a shorter period of time. These strips are not only convenient to use, but you can also be carried wherever you go. Also, once you’ve achieved the desired result, you can stop using the whitening strip.
Teeth whitening strips are more advantageous than the whitening trays. As the strip acts as the delivery system, no such tray is required. The trays can be extremely uncomfortable for some people. The tray based teeth whitening systems make use of rigid plastic trays for bleaching and this needs to be worn for a considerable period of time. This can also be left overnight for best results. But it can be painful at times and might as well interfere with your daily activities and lifestyle.
